Noah Residences

Noah Residences is an ambitious project of a web application using AI in an innovative way to detect, evaluate and present real estate properties with real potential for Sustainable Autonomous Bases. To do this, the application will analyze dozens of real estate properties every day from a flow of advertisements the characteristics and resilience capacity of each property in order to filter those that can be developed into autonomous bases.

It will also draw up a real expertise of the property by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the property, in terms of security, food autonomy and water autonomy. The application also takes into account the proximity of large cities, mobile phone antennas, seismic risks, risks of chemical pollution, nuclear etc...

The UX has been particularly refined, allowing the user to view, filter and browse the different available properties directly through an interactive map and a system of modal windows, sliding panels and popups. In addition to this powerful and unique tool, I also took care of the creation of a presentation site for the company behind this project.
